By accessing or using BPMN Editor Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.
3. The Service
BPMN Editor Cloud provides web-based BPMN creation, storage, export, collaboration, and AI-assisted generation features. We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time, including beta, preview, or paid functionality.
4. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the prompts, diagrams, text, files, and other content you submit to the service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, reproduce, and display Customer Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service for you.
You are responsible for Customer Content and for making sure you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to submit and process it. If you create public links or share content with collaborators, you are responsible for that disclosure.
5. AI Features
BPMN Editor Cloud includes AI-assisted functionality powered by MiniMax M3, the AI model that processes your prompts and process descriptions to generate diagrams. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific workflow, so you must review and validate generated diagrams before relying on them in production, compliance, or business-critical scenarios.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
- upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the security or integrity of the service;
- use the service to develop malware, spam, harassment campaigns, or harmful automated behavior; or
- submit regulated, sensitive, or personal information without appropriate authority and safeguards.
7. Plans and Changes
BPMN Editor Cloud is currently offered as a single, fully featured service that is free and unlimited — no plans, no subscriptions, and no usage caps on the core features. We may change, expand, or limit features in the future to keep the service sustainable, secure, and useful. If we ever introduce optional paid offerings, we will surface the relevant terms at checkout or in your account and ask for any required consent before charging you.
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The service itself, including the website, software, branding, visual design, and underlying technology, is owned by BPMN Editor Cloud and its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that generated outputs will be correct, complete, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPMN Editor Cloud and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 100.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
